SHANDONG KINGSTAR SPORTS FITNESS CO.,LTD，was founded in 2000, located in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, with a site area of 60,000 m². This is a specialized full-cycle enterprise: design, production and export of fitness equipment.

The company employs 120 employees, is equipped with 1 electrostatic powder painting line and 4 automated packaging lines. The park includes 20 units of modern equipment: welding robots, laser cutting machines, pipe benders and other technological equipment.

The main technological cycle: cutting on an imported laser machine – robotic welding – shot blasting for rust removal – fully automated closed electrostatic powder painting.

The frames are made from Q235 steel pipes and stainless steel of different sections: round, elliptical, square, rectangular. The processing of parts is carried out by volumetric 3D laser cutting; we use a combination of robotic welding on equipment and manual welding to achieve ideal accuracy and an attractive appearance of the simulators.

The surface of the frames undergoes complex finishing treatment: electrostatic powder painting, polishing varnish coating and other operations, which ensures stable and uniform quality of all products.

The seats are filled with high-density regenerated wadding or polyurethane foam and upholstered in high-quality professional leather. The edges are rounded for maximum comfort; Tight seams eliminate the appearance of wrinkles and increase service life. The material is water and sweat resistant, the seats are spacious and soft.

The handles are covered with high-density rubber-plastic foam - soft, non-deformable, wear- and sweat-resistant.

Each product undergoes complete assembly, then comprehensive visual inspection and functional testing. Only after successful verification and application of control markings, the goods are sent for packaging.
